The work IAIMNOT points at the iconic language of gamification which describes the application of competitive elements in a non-game context. Thus, psychological research is (mis-)used in order to implant economic strategies in the flexible subject of the 21st century.

The symbol of the target carries the imperative of focus, performance and success. In the same move, the concentric circles — here translated and materialised in a rubbery foam tactilely reminiscent of fitness devices — refer to the fashion of increasingly commercialized self-care practices. Immersed in black, and installed at a height that remains out of reach, the object questions both tendencies -
and eventually negates.
